female transgender playmate for Playboy magazine. Ines Rau's face adorned

Ines Rau himself did not think
could be the first transgender model for adult men's magazine. "I thought,
'Am I really being a Playmate now, Me? This is the most beautiful thing I've
ever received, it's like getting a bouquet of giant roses," Ines Rau told
People.
