Ines Rau himself did not think could be the first transgender model for adult men's magazine. "I thought, 'Am I really being a Playmate now, Me? This is the most beautiful thing I've ever received, it's like getting a bouquet of giant roses," Ines Rau told People.

Many comments on social media criticize the entry of Ines Rau in Playboy magazine. They say that Hugh Hefner will not allow the transgender model to appear in his magazine if he is alive. In fact, Ines Rau was chosen to be a model for the November/December 2017 edition a month before Hugh Hefner's departure.

Ines Rau talks about looking naked which for him is a pride and beauty. "Naked means a lot to me because I'm having a transitional period to achieve my dream, for me, naked is a human celebration without all its advantages It's not about sexuality but the beauty of the human body, both men and women," said the 26-year-old model.

New York-based North African woman has previously posed for Playboy in 2014 for the feature of the theme 'Evolution'.
